Meeting Memo OverlayPrivacy Policy
Meeting Memo Overlay is built so that your content stays on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your notes, and we do not use analytics, ads or tracking.
What the extension stores, and where

Screenshots
When you create a pin, or press "Retake", the extension captures the visible part of the current tab and keeps only a cropped area around the pinned element. This happens only in a tab where you turned the extension on, and the image is stored only in your browser.
What is sent over the network
Only license checks. When you enter a Pro license key, and about once a day afterwards, the extension sends the license key and its instance ID to the Lemon Squeezy License API (api.lemonsqueezy.com) to confirm the subscription is active. No notes, screenshots, attachments or browsing history are sent anywhere.
Payments
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your payment details go directly to Lemon Squeezy and are handled under Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy. We receive order information such as your name and email from Lemon Squeezy to provide support and refunds.
Permissions
- activeTab, scripting: to add the overlay only to the tab where you click the toolbar icon, and to take pin screenshots of that tab.
- storage, unlimitedStorage: to save notes, attachments and screenshots in your browser.
- api.lemonsqueezy.com: to verify Pro license keys.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data. Files you export (text, JSON or PowerPoint) are created on your device, and you decide who receives them.
Deleting your data
Use "Clear all" in the memo panel to delete a site's notes, attachments and screenshots. Removing the extension deletes all data it stored in your browser. "Release on this browser" removes the license key from the device.
Children
The extension is a work tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.

화면 캡처
핀을 만들거나 "다시 캡처"를 누를 때, 현재 탭의 보이는 화면을 찍어 핀을 찍은 요소 주변만 잘라 저장합니다. 사용자가 확장 프로그램을 켠 탭에서만 동작하며, 이미지는 사용자 브라우저에만 저장됩니다.
외부로 보내는 정보
라이선스 확인만 합니다. Pro 라이선스 키를 입력할 때와 그 뒤 하루에 한 번 정도, 라이선스 키와 인스턴스 ID를 Lemon Squeezy 라이선스 API(api.lemonsqueezy.com)로 보내 구독 상태를 확인합니다. 메모, 캡처, 첨부파일, 방문 기록은 어디로도 보내지 않습니다.
결제
구독은 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Lemon Squeezy가 판매·결제를 처리합니다. 결제 정보는 Lemon Squeezy로 바로 전달되며 Lemon Squeezy 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 고객 지원과 환불을 위해 Lemon Squeezy로부터 이름, 이메일 등 주문 정보를 받습니다.
권한
- activeTab, scripting: 툴바 아이콘을 누른 탭에만 오버레이를 넣고, 그 탭의 핀 캡처를 찍기 위해 사용합니다.
- storage, unlimitedStorage: 메모·첨부·캡처를 브라우저에 저장하기 위해 사용합니다.
- api.lemonsqueezy.com: Pro 라이선스 키 확인에만 사용합니다.
제3자 제공
정보를 판매·대여·공유하지 않습니다. 텍스트·JSON·PPT로 내보낸 파일은 사용자 기기에서 만들어지며, 누구에게 보낼지는 사용자가 정합니다.
정보 삭제
메모 패널의 "모두 지우기"로 해당 사이트의 메모·첨부·캡처를 지울 수 있습니다. 확장 프로그램을 삭제하면 브라우저에 저장된 모든 정보가 함께 지워집니다. "이 브라우저에서 해제"를 누르면 라이선스 키가 기기에서 지워집니다.
